Are pets allowed?

We’re sorry, but at Apartamentos Turísticos La Baílla pets are not allowed.

How are the apartments equiped?

• All apartments have central air conditioning and heating.
• Private and independent Wi-Fi Internet connection for each apartment.
• Bathroom with shower, hair dryer and magnifying mirror.
• Smart TV in the living room and in every bedroom.
• Steam iron and ironing board.
• Fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware and appliances: refrigerator, ceramic hob kitchen, oven, microwave, washing and drying machine, dishwasher, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
• Bed linen and towels.

Is cleaning included?

A complete cleaning of the apartment and change of sheets and towels is carried out every four nights of stay, as well as the final departure cleaning . If during your stay you need any additional cleaning, do not hesitate to contact us.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

Smoking is totally prohibited in the apartments, as well as in the common areas.

Does the establishment have parking?

Yes, we have an underground car park located in the same building, connected by elevator to every floor. This is an extra service with an additional cost.

Do you have baby accesories?

Yes, we have cots, high chairs and bathtubs for your baby without any additional cost, subject to availability and on request.

What is the minimum stay in the apartments?

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

What are the Check-in and Check-out times?

Generally, the check-in time is set at 1:00 p.m., and the check-out time at 11:00 a.m. However, whenever possible, we could hand over your apartment in advance. Likewise, we will contact you a few days before your arrival to agree on the check-in time according to your travel plans.

Is there a reception desk at the building?

Yes, we have a reception desk where we will gladly assist you both during the arrival and departure process, as well as in any other request that you may have throughout your stay. Reception desk opening times are from Monday to Friday from 08:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays from 09:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
